Repton Project:
The Repton project involved a complete refurbishment of the house, with a particular emphasis on the kitchen. Our primary goal was to align the final outcome closely with the customer's vision. We worked in close collaboration with both the client and the builders to achieve this.
The kitchen itself was sourced from Howdens, while other appliances and fittings were independently purchased, leading to a seamless integration. The entire project, from templating to the fitting of the quartz, was successfully completed within approximately 2 weeks.
Derby Project:
For our Derby project, we embarked on an extensive renovation journey. This involved the complete removal of the kitchen, main bedroom, and all existing flooring. The conservatory roof underwent a transformation with the installation of a Velux, and we introduced modern and energy-efficient lighting to enhance the overall ambiance. A new Wickes kitchen was seamlessly integrated, complemented by tiled floors in the main corridor and the kitchen/conservatory area.
In the main bedroom, we addressed flooring and level concerns, undertaking a full plastering of the walls. An en-suite was added, fitted wardrobes were installed, and new interior doors were put in place. Furthermore, we upgraded the consumer unit and installed new radiators throughout the entire property. This comprehensive project spanned approximately 3 1/2 to 4 weeks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a successful transformation of the entire living space.
Midway Project:
The Midway kitchen project, supplied by Wren, stands out with its striking contemporary design, featuring an exquisite copper handleless system that adds a touch of elegance. The kitchen boasts 20mm slimline countertops and a coordinated splashback, contributing to the overall modern aesthetic. Tiling has been meticulously applied throughout the entire kitchen, enhancing its visual appeal.
To accommodate the new layout, significant electrical adjustments were made, ensuring a seamless integration of the updated design. A noteworthy addition to the project is the creation of a raised shelf/splashback, skillfully designed to blend seamlessly with the dining room area. This bespoke element not only serves a functional purpose but also adds a distinctive and cohesive touch to the overall ambiance of the Midway kitchen.
Castle Donington Project:
The Castle Donington project centered around a kitchen extension, with the customers supplying all materials for a "dry fit." Beyond the kitchen, we added storage units for the kids' playroom, installed a utility room, and fitted a media unit in the new dining area. Despite the complexity introduced by quartz worktops, we successfully wrapped up the entire project in less than 1 1/2 weeks.
Woodville Project:
The Woodville project comprised a series of substantial tasks aimed at transforming the space. Internal walls were carefully removed, and steel beams were installed to enhance structural support. Doorways were closed off strategically to optimize wall space within the kitchen area. To accommodate new LVT flooring on the entire first floor, meticulous floor levelling work was carried out. The relocation of the electric board was undertaken to better suit the revised layout, and a thoughtfully designed arrangement of spotlights and pendant lights was implemented in the new kitchen configuration. The extensive project also involved plastering work carried out throughout the entirety of the first floor, ensuring a smooth and finished appearance. All these intricacies were attended to with precision and care, resulting in the completion of the entire project within a timeframe of approximately 2 1/2 weeks.
