Heather Project:
The goal of the media wall construction project was to increase storage capacity and create a cozy, homely ambiance. The original free-standing fire on a slate base, complemented by an oak beam, added to the overall aesthetic. AM Kitchens & Home Improvements handled every aspect of the project, from lighting and electrical work to plastering and joinery, ensuring seamless coordination throughout.
Ashby Project:
The change from the client's initial picture to the completed product was truly impressive. The media unit played a pivotal role in transforming the atmosphere of the entire home. We utilised the existing brickwork of the old fireplace to craft a more expansive opening, featuring a sleek slate base. Furthermore, we concealed TV and internet boxes within the alcoves, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the space.
Woodville Project:
The design of the TV unit was meticulously planned to fit with the aesthetic of the existing furniture, ensuring a seamless integration into the room's decor. Additionally, the unit incorporated a subtle yet sophisticated 3D element, adding depth and visual interest to the space without overpowering the overall design. Despite its apparent simplicity, the thoughtful execution of the unit's design proved to be highly effective in enhancing the room's ambiance and functionality.
Woodville Project:
The design of this media unit revolves around a striking 2-meter 3-sided panoramic fireplace, which acts as the focal point of the room. Accompanying the fireplace is an expansive 90" TV, seamlessly integrated into purpose-built shelves. These shelves are ingeniously designed to conceal two game consoles, a Sky box, and an internet router, ensuring a clutter-free appearance with no visible cables or leads. To elevate the cozy ambiance, lighting has been strategically installed within the alcoves, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the space even further.
Derby Project:
Located in Shelton Lock, Derby, our recent project involved a complete transformation. We started by removing all carpets, wallpaper, and skirting boards. Additionally, we relocated a new radiator to optimise the space. The entire room underwent a full re-plastering and decorating process, resulting in a fresh and inviting atmosphere. As the final touch, we installed a stunning media wall.
